Policies
Fees
Customers pay a 2.5% service fee on design and printing. Providers pay a 10% commission on the agreed design and printing amount. Delivery charges are passed to the provider in full.
Contact privacy
Phone numbers, emails and WhatsApp links are not shown on profiles. Customers and providers talk through Kreovanta messages so every order has a record.
Quotations
An estimate is a guide price. Only a confirmed quotation can be accepted. Quotes expire on the date shown.
Changes
Changes after artwork approval may need a revised quotation from the provider.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before artwork approval. After production starts, costs already incurred may be charged.
Quality complaints
Report a problem from your dashboard within 3 days of delivery, with photos. The provider's payout is held while Kreovanta reviews it.
Refunds
Kreovanta may award a full or partial refund. Refunds are deducted from the provider's earnings.
